1. Commission Process

Clients interested in commissioning personalised digital illustrations should initiate the process by reaching out via our email or through direct messaging on our social media platforms. Once the initial contact is made, we'll discuss the project requirements, pricing, and timeline.

2. Refund and Cancellation

- Cancellation: Clients can cancel their commission at any time, but cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to a partial fee.

- Refunds: We aim for client satisfaction. If a client is unsatisfied with the final product, we'll work together to find a resolution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

- Copyright: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the copyright of commissioned illustrations remains with Laringa Studios Clients have the right to use the illustrations for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or profit from the artwork without prior consent.

- Usage Rights: Clients will receive a digital file for personal use. Commercial use or reproduction for profit requires additional licensing fees.

4. Delivery and Shipping

- Delivery Timeframe: Minimal illustrations take 2-3 days and Detailed illustrations take 5-6 days to deliver.

- Digital Delivery: Completed illustrations will be delivered digitally via email or a secure cloud storage link.

5. Revision Policy

- Included Revisions: Our commission packages include 2 revisions. Additional revisions beyond this will be subject to extra charges based on the complexity of the changes.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

- Data Protection: Client information is stored securely and used only for project-related communications. We adhere to data protection laws and do not share client details with third parties.

7. Communication Expectations

- Preferred Communication: We primarily communicate via email or social media DMs. Our response time is usually within a day during working hours.

8. Quality Assurance

- Commitment to Quality: We strive for excellence in every illustration. If a client is dissatisfied, we're committed to addressing concerns and ensuring a high-quality final product.

9. Terms of Service

- Liability: Laringa Studios is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentation of commissioned illustrations by clients once delivered.

- Disclaimers: All illustrations are artistic interpretations and may not be entirely realistic or true to life.

10. Payment Policy

- Payment Form: Payments can be made via Revolut.

- Payment Terms: A 25% deposit applicable on all illustrations. The deposit must be payed before the illustration process begins. The final payment will be made after the illustrations drafts are shared and before the final file is sent.
